Vacancy - Logistics Assistant based in Jakarta

Save the Children is a leading nonprofit humanitarian relief and
development organization working in more than 45 countries throughout
the world. Our mission is to create lasting, positive change in the
lives of children in need. Currently Save the Children has an immediate
need for experienced staff to be a part of our team to start immediately
in Jakarta


Under the guidance and supervision of the Admin and Logistics Officer
and also the Administration Manager, the Logistics Assistant has
responsibility for the administrative and supply chain management
functions which includes logistic and asset database and record,
purchasing, bidding and works that related with procurement.


* Diploma degree in relevant fields.

* Minimum of 1 year experience working at relevant


1. Hands on experience in Logistics, procurement & bidding process,
storage control and database, communication systems and simple
administration within an organizational setting
2. Able to communicate in English.
3. Good Interpersonal skills and Team Player
4. Familiar with computer operation (word and excel)
5. Ability and willingness to travel and work in remote areas.
6. Highly motivated, committed to the job, willing to work hard,
have a positive attitude and honest.
7. Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines; experience in
working under pressure
