World Vision Indonesia is seeking the following positions:
 
1. Senior Auditor (Code: SA)
Location: Jakarta
Major Roles:
Responsible for conduct & reporting audit process and result, including ensuring the implementation of internal control procedure in World Vision Indonesia’s projects/departments.
Qualifications:
S1 degree in Accounting
Must have prior auditing experience of at least 5 years in a recognized organization
Good exposure in review Internal Control procedures and Risk Management
Candidate with CPA/CIA/QIA is preferable
Willing to travel frequently to any remote places in Indonesia
 
2. Auditor (Code : Aud)
Location: Jakarta
Major Roles:
Conduct audit in World Vision Indonesia’s projects/departments based on standard & procedure.
Qualifications:
S1 degree, Civil Engineering/Architect background is preferred
Min. 5 years of project experience
Candidate with prior project audit experience is preferable
Willing to travel frequently to any remote places in Indonesia
 
3. Internal Auditor Technical Assistance (Code: TA)
Location: Jakarta
Major Roles:
Review the completeness of required Audit Working Paper and input Audit Report into Audit Data Base.
Qualifications:
S1 degree in Accounting
Must have prior auditing experience of at least 2 years in a recognized organization
Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of computerized Database
Outstanding ability in English communication, especially in written
 
4. Corporate Planning Officer (CPO)
Location: Jakarta
Major Roles:
To focus on providing assistance to all divisions related to Corporate Plan and Strategy and to provide strategic information required by Senior Management Team and various divisions for strategic decision-making; these include issues related to: Corporate Strategy and Planning, Global, Regional and National Corporate Strategic Initiatives and also Partnership and National policies.
Qualifications:
S-1 Degree with professional qualification in a development-related field and/ or management.
Requires 1-3 years experience in relief/development/local community and/ or Corporate Management in a complex and preferably in an INGO context.
Experience in project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and report writing
 
5. Finance Shared Service (Code: FSS)
Location: Sulawesi Maluku, Merauke
Major Roles:
Provide service for financial system, data, technical & accountability and provide financial report with analysis for cash and project performance within the region.
Qualifications:
Bachelor degree in Accounting
At least 3 years experience in NGO accounting system.
Able to work with deadline
Sun system administrator and report writer knowledge
 
6. CAKAP Project Coordinator (Cegah AIDS, dengan Kasih dan Peduli) (Code : HIV)
Location: Sambas

Major Roles :
Lead CAKAP Sambas Project management and operational mainly on HIV, AIDS and anti child trafficking awareness, build sound coordinator and partnership with health district office and puskesmas, work and coordinate closely with other core teams, responsible to ADPM.

Qualifications:
Medical Doctor or SKM
Experience in health project minimum 2 years especially on HIV, AIDS and child trafficking.
Experience in VCT and human trafficking victim counseling is advantageous.
Willing to have frequent travel and stay in remote condition in project areas.
 
7. HIV AIDS Advisor Regio Papua (Code : HIV AIDS)

Major roles:
The position will increase to quality of HIV and AIDS projects in Papua. This will be achieved by providing technical support to WVIDN's HIV AIDS projects, ensuring projects and staffs meets performance goals, and by increasing accountibility and quality in a way that reflects World Vision's core value, mission and strategic directions. HIV AIDS Advisor will maintain and enhance the role and positioning of World Vision Indonesia in advocating and responding to HIV AIDS in Papua as realted to WV Indonesia Strategy and Papua Regional Strategy.

Qualifications :
Master degree on Public Health or relevant field
3-5 years experience in Public Health works
Experience in program or project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and report writing
Leadership and capacity building skills

 
8. Payroll Officer (code : PAY)
Location: Jakarta

Major Roles:
To be the central person on all admin personnel matters that include payroll, tax reporting, and employment contract and extension database. To maintain efficient office system & procedures with particular emphasis on filling and communication management.

Qualifications:
S1 in Accounting
Min. 2 years experience in payroll
Knowledge in Tax (Pph 21) and Jamsostek

 
9. Sponsorship Information System Coordinator (code: SIS)
Location: Jakarta

Major Rules:
Responsible to support the overall World Vision Indonesia ministry through Sponsorship Operation Service particularly in the management of Sponsorship Information data and system .This position will provide strategic supports both to projects and NO through developing strategy, resources allocation, building capacity, guidelines, mechanism and operation of the system from NO (National Office) and in projects.

Qualifications:
S1 in IT
Min. 2 years experience
Min TOEFL 500
Experience in facilitating training
Experience in analyzing data and writing reports
Understanding on programming
Experience in facilitating training
Understanding of sponsorship standard and policy
 
10. MCHN Coordinator (Code: MCHN)
Location: Sumba Barat, Kurulu & Kurima
Major Roles:
Manage the implementation of nutrition program at the community level.
Qualifications:
S-1 Degree in Public Health or Medical Doctor
Experience in nutrition programming is preferred
 
11. Management Trainee (Code: MT)
Location : TBD – willingness to be relocated to all geographic area within Indonesia is a must
Major Roles:
Support Program Manager in implementation of community based programs.
Qualifications:
S-1 Degree in any discipline
Proven organizational experience is a must
