Our client, a well-established multinational mining corporation which engages in the development and exploration of mineral deposits and coal, is seeking an experienced candidate for the following position : Senior Finance Manager (Group CFO) Position Description Project / Corporate Contribute to the completion of the East Kutai Coal Project Feasibility study and associated financial modelling Assist with the implementation of the optimum operating structure within Indonesia Implement the optimum taxation structure (Group) Establish and control corporate documentation and registers ( Indonesia ) Finance Identify key short to medium term financing requirements and engage the Mother Company board as appropriate Oversee cash flow planning, investments and asset management Oversee banking relationships Co-ordinate the development and monitoring of cash flow budgets Further develop and implement finance, accounting, and project auditing procedures Represent the group as appropriate to key investors Accounting and Administration Coordinate the preparation of financial statements, financial reports, special analysis, and information reports Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements within each jurisdiction Ensure compliance with all taxation requirements (Company Group) Oversee the approval and processing of expenditure and control documents Establish and maintain appropriate internal control safeguards Manage and complete the annual and interim audit requirements Supervision of accounting staff and ensuring effective delegation Oversee financial management of foreign operations (Mother Company) Other accounting tasks as directed or expected from a Finance Manager/CFO Core Skills / Experience +15 Years financial management experience with at least 5 years in senior role Knowledge of the Indonesian coal sector including preferred finance and operating structures Project Feasibility modelling (Coal) Some exposure to listed public companies Some Corporate exposure ( Indonesia ) A good understanding of International Taxation and Compliance Membership of a recognized professional accounting body Exposure to project finance Demonstrated leadership ability and team participation Key Result Areas / Key Performance Indicators Effective contribution to the EKCP Feasibility process Implementation of the optimum group operating structure within Indonesia  Active participation in project financing and support Successful integration of operating and project systems Development of management reporting systems Effective management of group taxation obligations and compliance Effective staff management and delegation Meeting reporting requirements within the required timetables (For interim and annual reports); If you are the one who meets those requirements, kindly forward your comprehensive resume in Microsoft word format not later than 2 weeks after this posting to : edwin-marta@ jda-indonesia. co.id.
