The reference RFP No. CSD/2010/001 Subject: Long Term Arrangement for Conducting Baseline, Mid-term and End-line Research Series of REACH Project, must be shown on your offer.
THE PROPOSAL FORM MUST BE USED WHEN REPLYING TO THIS INVITATION. FAILURE TO SUBMIT YOUR BID IN THE ATTACHED PROPOSAL FORM OR FAILURE TO COMPLETE THE DETAILS AS REQUESTED, WILL RESULT IN INVALIDATION.
Offers MUST be received by latest 12.00 hrs Indonesia local time on 30/04/2010 and will be publicly opened at 14.00 hrs Indonesia local time on 30/04/2010. Proposals received after the stipulated date and time will be invalidated.
Proposals must be submitted in duplicate, in a securely sealed envelope in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders attached to this RFP.
PROPOSALS WILL ONLY BE ACCEPTED IN THE CURRENCY STATED IN THE ENCLOSURES TO THE INVITATION. PROPOSALS RECEIVED IN ANY OTHER CURRENCY WILL BE INVALIDATED.
UNICEF IS EXEMPTED FROM VAT. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR OFFER EXCLUSIVE OF VAT.

UNICEF will respond in writing to any request for additional information that it receives seven (7) days prior to the deadline for the submission of proposals. Please be informed that if the question is of common interest, the answer (but without identifying the source of inquiry) will be shared with all potential RFP bidders.
If you request additional information, we would endeavour to provide information expeditiously, but any delay in providing such information will not be considered a reason for extending the submission date of your proposal.
Please note that at any time prior to the deadline for submission of Proposals, UNICEF may, for any reason, whether at its own initiative or in response to a clarification requested by a prospective Bidder, modify the Solicitation Documents by amendment, including through provision of supplementary information.
