its regional headquarters. We currently
work in five Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam and China. The Position Under the guidance of the Functional
Unit Leader (FUL) of Policy Analyst Unit (POLAN), The Project Officer will be
providing support to the implementation of project activities. She/he will be
assigned and responsible on the implementation of projects under POLAN. In direct coordination with the FUL and Policy
Analyst of POLAN, she/he will also work closely with the relevant stakeholders
involved, and will report to the FUL on daily basis. Duties and Responsibilities The successful candidate will be
expected to perform the summary tasks as follow : Assist in managing daily project activities Prepare
ToR for consultants and partners in conducting research or other services, manage
their contracts and review the reportsAssist
in donor relation (donor communication and consultation, progress report,
program evaluation, donor mission)Assist
in preparing project annual reports (technical and financial), annual work-plan
and budgetAssist
in developing proposalMonitor
funding level and be responsible to manage project expenses Arranging,
managing and monitor collaboration with partners to carry out capacity building
trainings, workshops, and researchesInvolve
in project evaluation at project end.Collaborate
with partners (sharing knowledge, jointly conducting activities or proposals)Attend
and present project results in meetings, workshops, seminars as requested by FUL.
Develop
and manage e-learning capacity building and research website.Assist
the implementation of communication strategy within the unit network as
requested by Functional Unit Leader.Write
articles for Southeast Asia Tales, Kiprah Agroforestri and other relevant
media.Acting
as facilitator in research workshopsInvolved
in project related researches as requested by Functional Unit Leader Other

and Skills Required: Minimum Bachelor degree, preferably majoring in
Forestry or Natural Resources Management.At least 3 (three) years
of relevant experience, preferably on climate change and rural development.Experience in working
with not-for-profit organizations and government institutions.Research on natural
resource management background will be an advantage Good networking skills
and knowledge on local and national NGOs in IndonesiaExcellent communication
skills both in English and Bahasa Indonesia (reading, writing, verbal and
presentation).Computer literate (on
