PhD scholarship opportunity: Australia

The University of Sydney is offering a PhD scholarship (APAI) for a social scientist in relation to a research project titled Drought, Climate Change and Rural Adjustment: Tracking the Destinations of Existing Farmers. This project, funded by the Australian Research Council's Linkage Scheme, involves researchers from Victoria, Melbourne, Monash and Sydney Universities in partnership with the Government of Victoria's Department of Treasury and Finance. The aim of the project is to understand the connections between drought-related farm restructuring and the livelihood decisions of farmers. Closing date for applications is 31 May.
