We currently have the following opening with us: Interested candidates please send in your resume at: mishra@kris.sg Location: Singapore Job Nature: Permanent Position with our client (Client: A top-notch Bank) Position: Infrastructure Service Delivery Manager Reporting directly into the head of service delivery will be responsible for: • Service initiation duties including service level negotiation and agreements as well as the production of SLAs and on-going formal service reviews, • Assess all existing agreements and re-define SLAs as required to ensure the smooth service delivery across the region Required: • The successful candidate will have significant previous experience in the Infrastructure service delivery in a Global environment proven experience of successfully managing service relationships and infrastructure operational experience and delivery best practices. • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Service Management in the global complex infrastructure environment preferably in the Banking , ITIL Manger certified , excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload in response to changing needs and ICT demands.
