LTE = the dead of Optim era ???

Dear experts,

As we know 3GPP had developed LTE to be a bit more self-organizing, self-correcting and reporting issues that can't be fixed automatically to maintenance. By SON features, nodes allowed to auto-Optimization the parameters including RF parameters. My question is, do this means that minimum RF engineer intervention in LTE era ?
